You Leave with More Than an MBA

When people think about an MBA, they often imagine lectures, projects, and exams, but when we talk with our alumni, they often remember something else.

«A full-time MBA is a life experience before it's an educational one.

Living on campus means you're surrounded every day by people who couldn't be more different from you: different countries, different cultures, different careers, different ages, different ways of looking at the world.

You find yourself questioning ideas you had always taken for granted, adjusting the way you communicate, and learning to work with people whose experiences are completely different from your own. Looking back, those moments become some of the most valuable parts of the journey.

What makes the experience special is that diversity is there when you're working on a project, having dinner together after class, travelling on the weekend, or simply talking about life with someone who grew up on the other side of the world.

Of course, you'll leave with an MBA, but you'll leave with something even more valuable: friendships spread across the world and people you'll always be happy to see, no matter how much time has passed.

Molto più di un MBA

Quando si pensa a un MBA, vengono spesso in mente lezioni, progetti ed esami. Eppure, quando parliamo con i nostri Alumni, ciò che ricordano più spesso è altro.

«Un MBA Full-Time è prima di tutto un’esperienza di vita, ancora prima che un percorso formativo.

Vivere nel campus significa essere circondati ogni giorno da persone diversissime da te: per Paese di origine, cultura, percorso professionale, età e modo di guardare il mondo.

Ti ritrovi a mettere in discussione idee che avevi sempre dato per scontate, ad adattare il tuo modo di comunicare e a collaborare con persone che hanno vissuto esperienze completamente diverse dalle tue. Ripensandoci, sono proprio questi momenti a diventare alcuni degli aspetti più preziosi dell’intero percorso.

Ciò che rende speciale questa esperienza è che la diversità non rimane confinata all’aula: la incontri mentre lavori a un progetto, ceni con i tuoi compagni dopo le lezioni, viaggi nel fine settimana o semplicemente parli della vita con qualcuno cresciuto dall’altra parte del mondo.

Naturalmente, alla fine avrai conseguito un MBA, ma porterai con te qualcosa di ancora più prezioso: amicizie in ogni parte del mondo e persone che sarai sempre felice di rivedere, indipendentemente dal tempo trascorso.

P.S. Nella nostra classe, due di queste amicizie si sono persino trasformate in matrimoni.»
