Application Procedure for Non-University of Iowa Students

The following application instructions are for students not currently attending the University of Iowa.

Applications are not reviewed until all materials are submitted. Materials are sent to separate locations, please pay attention to the mailing instructions below. A complete application consists of:

1) $40 non-refundable application fee (submitted as part of online application).
2) Academic or professional letter of recommendation (use the form or submit a letter).
3) Essay (submitted as part of the online application).
4) Resume (email to cuis-info@uiowa.edu).
4) Official Transcript
5) CIMBA Application (This link takes you to a University of Iowa admission page where you begin the process of completing your application. Once you create your login and password, you will be taken to the required CIMBA Application).

An initial payment of $400 is due upon acceptance and will be deducted from the total program cost.
