Applications are not reviewed until all materials are submitted. Submit the online application and mail your recommendation and transcript to the following address:

Additionally, some of the Consortium schools have specific application instructions for their students. Click here to verify the procedure prior to completing any application materials.
A complete application consists of:
- $30 non-refundable application fee payable to The University of Iowa;
- CIMBA application;
- Academic or professional letter of recommendation; (use standard form or submit a letter)
- Essay & Resume (These are submitted through the electronic application);
- Official Transcripts (not required for UI students).
Upon acceptance into the program, students must submit a $400 deposit. |
