In the event a student needs to withdraw from the program, send an e-mail stating the reason to CUIS-Info@uiowa.edu. A refund check will be processed to the issuing person. Make sure to include an address to mail the refund check. The amount refunded will be determined by the table below. The $40 application fee is non-refundable.
