Acceptance to the program is dependent on several factors. Candidates are reviewed based not only on grade point average, but also on whom they are as a person. Students who meet both the academic and general requirements of the program generally are accepted. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Space is limited, so apply early. Applications are not reviewed until all materials are submitted. Some materials must be submitted as hard copies; feel free to complete the CIMBA application electronically and send the remainder of the documents by mail to:

Additionally, some of the Consortium schools have specific application instructions for their students. Click here to verify the procedure prior to completing any application materials.
A complete application consists of:
- $30 non-refundable application fee;
- $485 deposit payable (prior to Feb 1) to the University of Kansas; $585 after Feb 1.
- CIMBA application;
- Resume;
- Official Transcripts (not required for KU students).
