The Summer 2008 program costs $4,935 including the application feel; tuition; campus fee; housing; and a meal package consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner each class day. Music students should note that 4 credits of tuition are included in the program cost – they may take up to 3 additional credits at a fee. The campus fee includes text-book usage, materials, technology connection, linens and towels, housekeeping, laundry tokens, a bus pass and an activities/excursion pass. Not included are personal expenses, special trips that may be planned, airfare or travel within Europe. Students who wish to purchase their course texts can do so for a nominal fee at the end of the summer program. All costs are based on a projected Euro rate and are subject to change.
Payments may be made by check or most major credit cards. Deposits will be applied to the overall cost of the program and will be reflected on the final payment invoice. An initial deposit and the application fee are due upon application. However, arrangements for other payment dates can be made in advance of payment deadlines for students who will be receiving financial aid. Failure to pay by the deadlines can result in forfeiture of a place in the program. **NOTE: Some universities have special payment procedures for their students.
