Acceptance to the program is dependent on several factors. Candidates are reviewed based not only on grade point average, but also on whom they are as a person. Students who meet both the academic and general requirements of the program generally are accepted. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Space is limited, so interested students should apply early. The preferred deadlines are listed below; we will continue to accept applications after these dates as long as space is available.
Fall Semester - April 15th Spring Semester - October 15th
Applications are not reviewed until all materials are submitted. Some materials must be submitted as hard copies; feel free to complete the CIMBA application electronically and send the remainder of the documents by mail. All students should mail their information to:

Additionally, some of the Consortium schools have specific application instructions for their students. Click here to verify the procedure prior to completing any application materials.
A complete application consists of:
- $30 non-refundable application fee payable to the Consortium of Universities;
- $400 deposit payable to the Consortium of Universities;
- CIMBA application;

"Academic or professional" letter of recommendation; (feel free to use the standard form)
- Resume;
- Official Transcripts (not required for KU students).
