If you need to withdrawal from the program, send an e-mail stating the reason to CUIS-Info@uiowa.edu. Refund checks will be processed to the issuing person. Make sure to include an address to mail the refund check to in the email. The amount refunded will be determined by the guidelines listed in table below. The $30 application fee is non-refundable.
