Please arrange travel plans according to the dates listed on the calendar. CIMBA cannot handle early arrivals or late departures. Be sure that departure plans do not conflict with the final exam schedule, as students will not be permitted to take finals early. If flying, allow a minimum of three to four hours to check out of the facility, get to the airport and board the airplane. If taking a train or other mode of transportation, allow for two hours to check out of the facility and get to the departure point before the scheduled time.
