The 14-week semester program unfolds much like a regular semester at other universities in the U.S. Students should expect the classes to be approximately the same difficulty level as those offered at their home institutions. However, classes are more case-oriented and focused on analysis and problem solving because of CIMBA’s Mind Based Performance educational philosophy. The program blends a mix of course content with the development of problem solving and leadership skills into a comlete learning environment. CIMBA has a mandatory attendance policy. Students will work hard during the week, but if they plan properly, they will have time to participate in extra-curricular activities. To allow students freedom when traveling, the professors schedule assignments so students do not have complex projects due right after travel breaks.
