In the event a student needs to withdraw from the program, send an e-mail stating the reason to ItalyCIMBA@ku.edu. If paid by credit card, the funds will be refunded to the card that was charged. If paid by check, a check will be issued to the issuing person. Make sure to include an address to mail the refund check. Please note, due to University of Kansas procedures, refund checks can take between eight and ten weeks to receive. Credit card refunds can be processed faster. The amount refunded will be determined by the table below. The $30 KU Graduate School application fee is non-refundable.
