Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Space is limited, so apply early. If you are not currently a University of Iowa student, you must be admitted to the University of Iowa as a non-degree student to receive academic credit for the program. Select the category below that best describes your current academic standing for specific application instructions. Please complete the CIMBA application electronically.
NOTE: Some universities have special procedures for their students to follow. Click here to see if your university is one of them.
The application fee must be paid by credit card when you apply online.
If you are currently a University of Iowa Graduate Student
Application Procedures:
Undergraduate students: The University of Iowa students must meet with the advisor for programs in Italy from the Office for Study Abroad (call 335-0353 to make an appointment) and their academic advisor to complete an Advisor Form and submit it to PBB W230 prior to admission to the program. Please note that there is a mandatory $350 University of Iowa Study Abroad fee in addition to regular program costs.
MBA PM students: University of Iowa MBA PM tuition will be charged to your University of Iowa U-bill in addition to the program fees.
Full-time MBA students and other graduate students: Please note that there is a mandatory $350 University of Iowa Study Aborad fee in addition to regular program costs.
A complete application consists of:
• CIMBA application form;
• $40 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa
If you are currently a graduate student at a university other than the University of Iowa
A complete application consists of:
• $40 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa;
• An official undergraduate transcript and an official graduate transcript;
• CIMBA application form.
If you are not currently enrolled in a graduate program
A complete application consists of:
• $40 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa;
• An official transcript which includes the conferral of a bachelor's degree or higher degree;
• CIMBA application form.
