Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Space is limited, so interested students are encouraged to submit applications early. To receive academic credit for the program, students must be admitted to the University of Iowa. For specific application instructions, select the following category that best describes the students current academic standing. Some materials must be submitted at hard copies; feel free to complete the CIMBA application electronically and send the remainder of the documents by mail.

Currently a University of Iowa Graduate Student
A complete application consists of:
CIMBA application form;
$30 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa
Currently a Graduate Student at a University other than the University of Iowa
A complete application consists of:
$30 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa;
An official undergraduate transcript and an official graduate transcript;
CIMBA application form.
Not Currently Enrolled in a Graduate Program
A complete application consists of:
$30 non-refundable application fee payable to the University of Iowa;
An official transcript which includes the conferral of a degree (either Undergrad or Grad);
CIMBA application form.
