The program can accommodate approximately 45 students per session. Students live in rooms in the Asolo campus facility. The rooms accommodate between two to four people, depending on room size. Each room has a private bath and shower. There are no laundry facilities on campus. However, there is a nearby professional laundry where clothes can be laundered for a fee.
The meal plan provides students with a European-style breakfast, lunch and dinner on days that classes are in session (typically Tuesday through Friday). Students provide their own meals when traveling.
