Printable Page

CIMBA utilizes former undergraduate program participants as Campus Life Coordinators at the undergraduate campus. The position is a two-year commitment. The campus life coordinators are students in the part-time MBA program, therefore assistantship offers are contingent on acceptance into the part-time MBA program. The primary function of the campus life coordinators is to lead the operations of the CIMBA undergraduate program by embracing and employing the basic beliefs and values of the CIMBA organization. Coordinators work full-time in the CIMBA undergraduate program administrative office under the direction of Cristina Turchet, CIMBA’s associate director. The coordinators work directly with undergraduate students,  professors, resident and senior resident interns (RIs and SRIs), Istituti Filippin staff and others to manage and deliver the semester and summer programs.

The campus life coordinators are responsible for creating academic and professional enrichment opportunities for students, providing direction and leadership to RIs and SRIs and maintaining contact with students, faculty and staff to ensure the programs operate continuously according to CIMBAs basic beliefs and values. An understanding and daily use of Mind Based Performance (MBP) will be expected in programming events, making schedules, advising students, working with faculty and creating learning opportunities for stakeholders at the CIMBA undergraduate program. Training in MBP will be provided. Applications for this position are accepted on a rolling basis until acceptable candidates are found.
