Asolo Campus Facility |
Asolo is a stunning, medieval city located in the Treviso province approximately 45 miles north of Venice. Characterized by winding cobblestone streets, lush gardens, rolling hills and expansive villas, Asolo once was the location of choice for Venetian nobility. The CIMBA facility in Asolo, which dates to the 16th century, is situated halfway up a hill topped by la Rocca, a walled fortification. The city of Asolo has a Web site at www.asolo.it. For information in English, click on the British flag on right side of the page.
Newly renovated and modernized, the facility included well-equipped classrooms, a computer lab with Internet access, library, faculty and administrative offices, kitchen facilities, a multi-purpose room with satellite TV, student bedrooms with full baths and many other amenities. The facility also has an exercise room with weight and exercise machines, free weights, stationary bikes and steppers. Students staying in Asolo also are able to use the facilities at the Paderno del Grappa campus. |
