Uros Bizjak is an Undergraduate Campus Life Coordinator at CIMBA. He got his B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from the University of Maribor, Slovenia, in 2008. During his time at the university, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. After graduation, Uroš worked for the Slovenia Control, Slovenian Air Navigation Company. He is also a teambuilding instructor and has been coming to CIMBA since 2006 to conduct various types of trainings for both students and executives. Uroš is currently pursuing his MBA degree at the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business at CIMBA Italy.
He was also involved in several research projects. One of the most notable was a research project on Leadership Competencies for Successful Change Management in the EU, conducted for the Human Resource Working Group of the European Public Administration Network (EUPAN), under the Slovenian presidency of the EU. He co-authored papers presented at the Society for Psychological Studies of Social Issues conference (Chicago), the International Conference on Economic Integration, Competition and Cooperation (Opatija), the International Association of Cross Cultural Competence and Management Conference (Vienna), the International Conference on Advances in Management (Colorado Springs), and the American Psychological Association (Toronto), as well as journal articles published in Slovenian journals Human Resource Management and Organization. |
