Ms. Katiuscia Baggio is currently the head of the CIMBA Executive Programs. She holds a degree in Education Sciences from the University of Padua and an MBA from CIMBA program, Class of 2005. Before coming to CIMBA, she worked for several consulting firms specializing in training and development. Katiuscia joined CIMBA in 2001 as the Undergraduate Campus Coordinator. She then moved to Executive Programs in 2002 and is now responsible for professional development programs for entrepreneurs, executives and organizations. Katiuscia is a certified leadership development coach trained by Results Coaching Systems. She brings her knowledge and experience in adult learning to support students in reaching their maximum leadership potential.
