Ms. Katiuscia Baggio is the director of CIMBA Executive Education. She is responsible for professional development programs for entrepreneurs, executives and organizations. Ms. Baggio is also a CIMBA leadership trainer and coach trained by Results Coaching Systems, London, UK. She have been accredited as an ACC by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a degree in Education Sciences and Adult Learning from the University of Padua and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas, USA - CIMBA Program. Before coming to CIMBA in 2001, Katiuscia worked for several consulting firms specializing in training and development. She loves to bring her knowledge and experience in adult learning to support students and executives from all around the world in reaching their potential.
